Lifestyle Suggestions:

  1. Set your sleep cycle in sync with the sun - turn your phone on airplane mode when the sun dips below the horizon. Avoid artificial light after sunset, especially screens. Candlelight is ideal. Turn off the WIFI in the house at night.
  2. Take the time you need in the morning to attune inward before turning on the phone.
  3. Carve out alone time each day, where your phone is on airplane mode and you have space and quiet to take care of your needs, whether it's work, self-care, etc.
  4. When you smoke, make it an embodiment meditation. Be present with exactly what you are doing, and how the cigarette tastes and feels within your body. Observe the way your body and mind respond to the cigarette - all the sensations. Tune in with your breathing and heartbeat. Be completely present with the cigarette, your body and mind until you are finished smoking.

Nutritional Suggestions:

  1. Eat a breakfast with healthy protein and fat within 1 hour of waking up. Eggs with runny yolks and bone broth are great.
  2. Make yourself an adrenal cocktail once a day: Fresh squeezed OJ with coconut water (50/50) and a pinch of salt.
  3. Eat healthy proteins and plenty of fresh organic fruits and veggies. Minimize sugar and caffeine intake.
  4. Avoid gum, and if you do have it, get the health food brand without the chemicals.
